VAT is charged on all supplies and consultancy.

Fixed price installation, setting up and basic training for new users.

Consultancy is charged on an hourly basis in 15-minute segments and always agreed with you at the end of the every session.

Have a free review of your system and requirements before you start.

Or book, say, a two-hour session to try the service - you can stop the meeting at any time if you are not happy.

Fees are invoiced twice a month and due for settlement within seven days of invoice date.

Remember - the project is under your control. If you are not happy, say so!
